I’m a 26 year old resident of Brisbane, Australia, who enjoys good food, great wine, and pottering about in the garden.  I genuinely believe you can enjoy the best food and wine without having to pay exorbitant amounts for it.

I started eating organic foods and free-frange meat because of the taste (it’s better), but now firmly believe that welfare issues cannot be ignored.  We might pay more for certain things now, but we consume less and overall we’re saving money.

  1. my favourite cuisine is undecided (possibly French, or English),
  2. my favourite wines are coming from Smallfry wines in the Barossa, and
  3. my garden is growing cucumbers and tomatoes.

Welcome to the blogging world David. We need every blog and every interested person to spread the message: that eating, drinking and gardening are just wonderful acts of humanity. Keep on writing.
